Business model is to pay a pittance and set unreal productivity targets while gaslighting integration builders into believing they're going to get fired and that everyone else is meeting their quota. Very blatant nepotism, HR terrorizes builders while protecting the upper management. Requirements are never as clear as they should be, making finishing projects extremely difficult.
