The workflow is terrible, as is the development experience. The client's requirements are usually unclear and you don't find out until after many iterations. You test almost everything in production.

If you are on the integrations team, your work is not valued. What you say or do has little impact. This team exists only because of an overwhelming backlog and constant sales pressure. The expectation is to build as many workflows as possible, with no time to breathe or learn, like an assembly line. The company relies on foreign workers as cheap labor, and there is no real opportunity for growth.
