      Great Culture, Great Environment, Excellent Leadership

      Pros

      Flexible Work Schedules( 1-2 days telecommute options), Excellent Benefits (70% paid by company), Forward thinking management, Family like atmosphere. Work Life balance is a way of life, not just a catch phrase. Intelligent co-workers in all departments.

      Fantastic management, flexible work schedule with some perks, great for self-starters, nice payment for work, positive and supportive environment

      Cons

      not a ton of room for advancement, expectations can sometimes be a little unclear (but management will always clarify when asked!!)
