Pros

Working remotely from home since there's no physical office for the company to work from.

Cons

- Poor company culture and lack of positive environment since teams are working remotely from different regions around the globe. - Some managers there are unqualified to lead teams with low sense of emotional intelligence. - Some managers are bossy, cocky & micromanaging people to an unhealthy levels. - There's no clear vision for the company, every now and then you are getting struck with a sudden and unexpalined decisions. - No career or job security there, you can get fired at any time without any proper notice period or a contract termination policy and also without getting your last month's pay. - Lack of knowledge, training or coaching, they use the try and error method of working since most people there are unqualified and coming from different industries and backgrounds. - No fixed working hours, since you are working from home, you will be asked to jump into meetings at any time around the clock, and if you try to explain that you are not quite satisfied with this ironic setup, you will be described as unprofessional, irresponsible and arrogant employee.

Pros

some of the teammates are genuine people

Cons

It's just sad, MN provides services to improve one's mental wellbeing, yet internally, it wasn't being practiced at all. What's the point of that??? They worry so much about reports, about what the clients feel, etc. But they can't even show a small gesture of genuine care towards their employees, not just with mental health, but for every aspect out there. I really thought MN is different from others, turns out, it was the worst. And to think, they say they are EXPERTS in improving one's mental health. It's like you're selling cars to people brilliantly, but as a salesman, you don't even know how to drive! You may or may not think that what I'm saying is true, you be the judge. Attached are the proof.  Forgive me guys, I really tried. but what's the point of staying if staying is not even making me healthy in any way??  I've never felt this unappreciated and unvalued in my entire professional career. Not to mention belittled by someone who feels that making someone feel stupid with their level of work can improve the performance and become better.  For a company that focuses on providing services to address mental health issues of all sorts, but can't provide a simple appreciation to its employees, proper coaching methods, highly-demotivated people due to poor management, and NOT proactively putting employees on PTO/Leave even when that employee just recently tested positive for covid with active symptoms. Instead, no appreciation shown, they did not even ask how the employee is currently feeling at least. Which by the way is ILLEGAL under the DOLE DOH guidelines.   Well in this case, no wonder why no one lasts for more than 1 year. At one point, a new hire did not even last for 2 days. Now that says a lot. That's prolly a world record. Can't explain why Kevin left without a word too huh? Well, I'm not going out like that.  I don't mean to say negative things, but if your values, dignity, and physical wellbeing is not even at all important to them nor valued, then this company is a toxic environment at which no one can grow from. No company or leadership is perfect, but at least they can try to create an environment wherein people can be at their best. And not feel at their worst.  I wish you all the best guys. You're the only reason why I kept on. But holding on can sometimes be the only thing stopping us from receiving so much more than we deserve.
