      - The weekly payment cycle as well as the trainings and workshops for the psychologists.

      Cons

      - Unethical practices such as making B.A. Psychologists do counselling when they do not have the training or the experience to do so. - Vidur Kohli, the founder speaks very unprofessionally and disrespectfully to psychologists if they question any unethical practice.
