There are no pros in my opinion
Cons
While working at Mindfinders I witnessed a lot of unethical behavior between staff and contracted employees. There were times that people were being let go and no manager notified them. Managers were gossiping and bad mouthing employees to their coworkers. They have no remorse for you or anything going on in your life whether you have a authorized note or not. They do not schedule properly and people are always coming and going.

Pros
The corporate management team is comprised of intelligent and forward thinking individuals. Always inspiring and pushing everyone to achive their very best. Not only for the good of the company, but for their personal development and success. Everyone is approachable, especially the corporate management team. All of the team members have easy going personalities which is also a huge plus!
Cons
One of the drawbacks would be the lack of processes. However, I’ve noticed rapid changes in this department. As the company continues to mature, new processes are frequently implemented.
