      Fast-paced environment where everyone is passionate about cannabis and the many ways it can improve lives.

      Cons

      Things changed so fast, I often felt like I was being pulled in many directions. Management didn't seem to have a clear vision. I had no idea what was expected of me. Everything was super disorganized.

      Pros

      You aren't bound to this company for life so you can continue to live.

      Cons

      They don't have the most knowledgable of OWNERS in the industry and it clearly shows to the employees and public. Their only worry was bringing in income and it seemed as if they couldn't care less about their employees or customers. The actual management itself wasn't a problem.
