The schedulers always do their best to work around your schedule best. I am a student and they were always really great at working my schedule around my classes, just make sure to give ample time for changes for smooth transitions for clients.
Cons
The only thing that I've run into issues with is the block scheduling that is required for some clients. Sometimes you can only do MWF or T TH, not MTW for example. This could possibly have to do with the clients insurance, or other RBTs schedules too. It's probably different for each client and you might not even have that problem. Just ask and communicate.
