Pros

Flexible remote work, adjustable schedule

Cons

Constantly moving goalposts, consistently adding responsibilities with little to no change in pay. Catty and inconsistent upper leadership, will handle any situation with no commitment to any specific procedure, leading to most decision making being made in reference to how whoever made the decision feels that day. Absurdly high caseload, might be logical if clients were all on the low acuity side, but there are times where over a quarter of your caseload is high acuity, and very difficult to deal with, leading to a job that is very heavy on hours with no overtime. Caseload is so high that customer care regularly suffers and people are frequently lost in the cracks. Change management is sudden and poorly timed. Often occurring during the busiest time of the month, which is the same time every month, adding more stress on an already stressful scenario. “Company culture,” and how it’s represented is almost a complete 180 compared to their actual priorities, which are 100% monetary at the expense of their employees Comp structure is intentionally opaque so they can move your numbers around with no accountability.

Pros

I work at home, which helps with life/work balance. Great team to work with both executive and managerial.

Cons

I have not ever had a review in 4 years. Did get a small raise years ago. Would like to get a review and a significant raise as I have not had one in 3 years.. Biggest complaint is I wish I had more PTO, It's psychiatry, and the workers need more time off to avoid Compassion Fatigue or burnout. They are unable to obtain and retain competent physicians. The entire office gets a bad reputation because of this.

Pros

The job is a remote work structure.

Cons

Mindoula Health only cares about reaching their daily numbers and does not care about their members and their employees. The company got an upper management that have no empathy and they will throw you under the bus just to protect themselves from the mistakes that they are responsible for. The employees are trained to cold call people who are insured with BCBS to get them enrolled in Telehealth services. First off, an individual who needs services should contact Mindoula Health for assistance it should never be the other way around. The job was very much a sales job it was not worth it.
