Pros
Paid onboarding (poorly paid). Great work-life balance as there’s no work.
Cons
After being invited to join Mindrift, I passed their writing test, which was incredibly long and tedious. Then I passed the onboarding, which was also long and tedious. Months then went by with ZERO work. Then I was invited to join a special project, and passed a different onboarding process for that. A few weeks later, I was informed there was now a new onboarding process I had to do for it, as well as a final test. I went through the process and was told I’d passed the test. A few days later, they told me I hadn’t passed after all. I’ve spent probably 100 hours on Mindrift stuff since I was asked to join, and have received around $100 in total. Insane waste of time, a terrible company.
