Pros

I joined Mindrops on 27th November 2025 and it has been close to six months now — and honestly it has been a really good experience so far. As a junior full stack developer I was a little unsure about how quickly I would be able to contribute, but the team made sure I never felt thrown in the deep end without support. I have gotten hands on experience with both frontend and backend work across real client projects, which has helped me connect the dots between everything I had learned before joining. The seniors here are genuinely helpful and never make you feel hesitant about asking questions, no matter how basic they might seem. The work culture is open and collaborative and there is always something new to pick up which keeps things exciting every single day.

Cons

The initial weeks were a bit overwhelming just because there was a lot to absorb at once — new codebase, new tools, new team — but it gradually settled down as I got more comfortable.

Pros

I have been with Mindrops since 2014 — over eleven years now — and that itself says a lot about how I feel about this place. The work has never felt stagnant; as the company evolved from basic web solutions to full-scale digital and mobile products, my role as a graphic designer grew right along with it. The leadership has always respected creative input and never treated design as just an afterthought, which is something I genuinely value. Over the years I have had the opportunity to work on branding, UI design, and digital campaigns for a wide range of clients, and that variety has kept me engaged and motivated throughout. The team feels like a second family at this point — there is a real sense of trust and camaraderie that is hard to find elsewhere, and it is honestly one of the biggest reasons I have stayed this long.

Cons

In the earlier years, design tools and resources were not always up to date, though that has improved significantly over time. There are still occasional situations where design timelines get compressed due to last-minute client changes, which can be stressful
