This company is not only extremely unorganized but has lost most of it's senior employees over the last year. Companies are fast to turn down opportunity offerings and project success rate is LOW over the past few years. The positive reviews below are the executive directors needing new hires. Do not work for this company

Growing company but w/ lots of growing pains

- Friendly, hard-working people who genuinely want to do their best and hit team goals (even if those goals can be unclear).. The people are definitely the best part of Mindset!! - Flexibility working remotely (during Covid), nice, new office environment (pre/post-Covid) - Experienced employee base with a global presence, located across the US and India

Cons

- #1 focus seems to be working people as much as they possibly can on client work, but asking them to do internal projects too. not feasble to stay 100% billable and manage all your work - Pressure to do things outside of your job description like Marketing - Disconnected systems, communication and processes make for a lot of extra work to accomplish basic tasks - Company "mission" is not very clear - Consultants tend to be left in the dark when it comes to major company changes, and a qrtly meeting isn't enough to keep people connected especially when they work remote - Sr leadership (esp CEO) tends to micromanage people or change their minds a lot - Little-to-no career structure or support in personal growth. Doesn't seem like people get promoted very often if at all - Comp is good but sub-par benefits, esp health insurance options

Amazing people. Leadership is brilliant and very encouraging. Flat organizational structure which makes it very comfortable to work, learn and grow. Growth potential is tremendous work-life balance is great!

Can't think of any which in itself speaks volumes about the company I think
