Pros
The people here get along well and care about each other. It's a mission-driven place. Flexibility to work from home -- typically a few days a week (you're not expected to work nights or weekends unless you're traveling for sales). High-trust environment -- a lot of us have worked together for years. Great clients from well known companies. Woman-owned firm, whose founders really care about the team and the work.
Cons
We're a small, entrepreneurial team. So if you want to advance in a large organization with a lot of structure, this is not the place. Our work varies a lot -- so you've got to be up for taking on the unexpected.
