      Friendly people, positive environment, everything that comes with a startup, great place to learn new skills

      Cons

      The kool-aid gets stale after a while, feels like working for a 21st century Walt Disney, no room for professional growth, poor compensation

      Pros

      I work with an amazing team of brilliant artists and engineers. I'm constantly learning new things and contributing in meaningful ways to a product that I actually believe in. Great benefits, very little crunch, generally I work 40 hour weeks.

      Cons

      It can be chaotic at times, we'll start working on features and then change course and that work gets lost, but that's all part of making something that's never been done before.

      Lots of exploration and experimentation while still being organized and having strategic vision. Very friendly, professional people. Energy of a startup that is also for real achieving business goals.

      There is more to do than there are people.
