Lots of interaction with large Western game companies, helpful and friendly "family-style" community, get to work on a variety of games

Cons

English-only speakers will have some trouble living in Beijing, travel "back home" can be difficult given vacation/sick leave strategy

-Good way to see if you enjoy living abroad in China. -Exposure to a new culture. Opportunity to learn a new language. -Working at an outsourcing company gives you the opportunity to work on many different kinds of projects for different companies. -Good company culture.

Cons

-Located in polluted Beijing. -Low wages for foreigners with any kind of experience. -Few opportunities for advancement.

A great start for those wanting to work in the game art industry

Pros

Because I am from Beijing, my opinions are somewhat biased, but they are true. For those who want to work in the field of game art but don't want to leave Beijing, this is a rare opportunity. During of politics and environment, not many foreign game companies are willing to develop in Beijing, and I can't comment on local game companies. People who have worked there should understand what I mean.

Cons

The salary is low and there will be overtime. The location is a little remote (?
