Pros
I worked for many years with the company having the opportunity to scale up from product manager to business unit manager. Trust and Respect were the key words. Never had a problem with GM nor with the HO . I was considered an outstanding person with recognition.
Cons
All of sudden trust disappeared. If you are not a Lebanese no career opportunity. Management only care of reducing costs and people. Commissions are not paid even when you deserve and every day create a new rule for reducing the commissions. They tell a lot of story but nothing is delivered. They also plays with the visa at the moment of transferring to another company.
