safety hazard environment no break room disgusting work environment no business structure what so ever owner doesn't know how to manage people sexual harassment by management owner expects you to do the work of 3 people and other duties outside of your job description and thinks you should be paid $14 to do so you are thrown in and trained by someone that didn't even know they were going to train someone that day promises of raises but then you end up just getting fired huge turnover rate, about every few months because people see that its a dead end job bullying by management no job security at all

Toxic work environment. Business owner cares more about making money than people. Company is LGBTQ+, Feminist and Pro-Minority ONLY for the money. They discriminate behind close doors. Low pay for the workload you're expected to to take on. Owner banks off people’s passions and will not consider pay raises to compensate for experience. Staff looks down on women and will degrade you if you’re not present. Staff doesn’t communicate effectively and would rather play the blame game than come up with solutions to problems. Pressman with “years” of experience will say he can do things when he can’t. Gross working conditions. After all the women left (MAJOR RED FLAG) no one would help clean. Owner gives his friends discounts and constantly uses the money the shop makes for personal use instead of increasing wages and complains that the shop isn’t making money.
