It was a nice move from a corporate to a startup. My expectations were clear during the interview that my responsibilities are going to be high. I valued the environment and learning more than anything else. During release time, I have memories of improving performance overnight over food/drinks to handle millions of events LIVE!! If you are a startup person, this company provides ample opportunity to learn and grow. I have seen a couple of reviews about timings I don't know why would a fixed time expectation guy join a startup, I have taken many days off (more than a typical corporate would give) to recoupe and come back with more energy and management has always been supportive. Nice compensation & stocks.
