Attendance policy for clock employees feels like school, butts in seats seems more important than the jobs getting done. No interest in efficiency, outdated procedures, very behind the times. No office culture, no one knows anyone's name outside their own department.

Watch your back here because EVERYTHING you say and do is watched; not just by cameras everywhere but by endless eyes and ears. When you don't think someone is listening, they are. People twist things in ways you can't imagine and word travels here in the blink of an eye. The pay is minimal at best and you get worked into the ground. Miner is not a good company to work for nor are the people good to work with. Everyone here will stab you in the back faster than you can turn around to see who did it. Beware.
