Pros

Flexible schedule, taco Fridays and good benefits

Cons

Pay too low for people that have lots of experience. Upper management doesn't like when people have a concern or issue, if you say something they will let you go no matter how much you contributed to the growth and still tried to contribute. There are also one's that are willing to mess you over in order to advance.

State they have your best interest in mind when they hire you, but they absolutely don’t

• Some colleagues • Nice penthouse office with view of downtown Fort Worth • Free food, snacks, beer on tap • Game room / lounge

Cons

• Ton of nepotism — you can only move up if you’re friends with and / or went to college with leadership • Unfair pay (most especially for women) • Poor team communication
