Pros
The people who work there are all a family. Their aim is to be a great group of strong woman who want to make a difference in the world through the art of storytelling and humanizing companies/organizations.
Cons
Although they seem to be "accepting", everyone there looks and acts the same and they gossip and talk behind your back like all women do. They aren't accepting of diversity and if you're not in their clique then prepare to feel outcasted. There's absolutely no cool factor to what you make and the boss expects you push out stock vectors in record time. Absolutely no art or creativity is required on the production team, all they care about is how fast you can make something.
