      nothing. Severely unprofessional staff, management has no clue how to run a team.

      everything. HRBP would rather watch paint dry than address any issues or concerns.

      Management isn’t strict about breaks

      Cons

      The pay isn’t good. the work home balance is garbage. They can’t seem to keep people hired because they treat them like crap. They changed the pay scale and no one who has been there for ever 3 years got a raise. There is no HR for night shift so if there is a problem you have to wait till they show up at 8 am and you got off at 5.
