      Pros

      Really great people to work with and everyone gets along so well. It's a very relaxed, casual environment, and the product is amazing.

      Cons

      The company lacks a bit of direction and there wasn't much clarity on role descriptions, what tasks were most important, and what we were all working toward. There was a lot of back-and-forth with management and overall, a lack of clarity.
