Pros
None, I am robust and have a great work ethic but this work place was truly awful.
Cons
Nasty boss, scamming to pay apprentice wage but not actually supporting apprenticeship. Extra unpaid hours, blamed for poor management and organisation of the company. No benefits, bonuses or acknowledgment.

Workload is too much for one person, the manager at lexden thinks you are her personal housekeeper. Rude management that think they are above you and try to belittle you. Manager tries to bully you when you speak up for yourself. The 1 star is because i had to put one in the review. Shame it doesn’t have the option of minus
