Pros
MiniQ has worked hard to curate a friendly and nice customers base which really values the products and interacting with employees. we pride ourselves on service. the job isn't very hard, mostly just knowing the product and making sure it's on the shelf and occasionally handling sales. i personally ran events and it was fun, i really enjoy the games and talking about them.
Cons
behind the scenes is where it gets painful unfortunately, paychecks are constantly late, you get micromanaged over video surveillance, you have long unpaid meetings, and you'll 100% get laid off if you ask for a raise. working here makes you feel like your constantly being watched (because you are). i really can't recommend working here, which is a shame because it's a nice store to shop at but. he really wishes he had robots with personalities rather then people it feels.
