Pros
There's a lot of good people who still work here...
Cons
...but most people are too overworked and just plain afraid to talk about anything but the most ordinary subjects. Nobody is passionate about their work. Managers at all levels have created an environment where everyone spends their energy covering mistakes instead of working together to win. Blame is everywhere. People are keeping track of everything their coworkers do wrong, even their friends, so they can point the finger when there is a problem. Executives only care about measurable performance and everyone is doctoring their numbers to look good. There is no real accountability, only deflection and blame, and firings. Turnover in the office has been the worst I've seen at any company ever. All the best people in every department are finding better jobs. Employees who have spend their careers here are taking their chances somewhere new because they can't stand it any more. Too many people leave suddenly and under mysterious circumstances. And don't even thing about getting promoted. Nobody internally wants to stick their neck out and get noticed so they almost always hire managers from outside. Usually their old pals.
