      Management and CEO are mean, you even feel scared to talk to them or raise an issue. there is no job security. Can't see this company lasting long with their mentality and professionalism

      Work with varieties of country developers.

      Cons

      Not professional. The last payment was not paid to any of the developers. The working policy is not developer friendly.

      Hello, To clarify, developers have been fully paid except for some rogue developers who failed to turn up or deliver against agreed scope. We’ve since switched to another team entirely for the last 3 years with much better success. Minicabit makes no apologies for having a positive performance culture.
