      Create the illusion of a small family; it’s great company when times are good.

      The CEO is, unfortunately, mercurial and temperamental; he is committed to being the smartest person and suffers from persistent imposter syndrome. The culture feels performantive and unfortunate unless you are the CEO type of person former athlete and UW grad
