Pros

Leaving to go home period.

Cons

Unethical practices from the staff, wrongfully terminating people, underpaying people. The HR department doesn’t answer any emails or calls. The Vadnais Heights leadership was lazy and left clients unattended.

Pros

Having access to a lot of really great bcbas was absolutely wonderful and what made me last so long. They were really wonderful group of people to collaborate with and ultimately be the emotional support, the insanity that is this company. Most of those people however, have left.

Cons

The people who make the money decisions do not have clinical expertise in ABA or understanding of basic ABA ethics. They have been in money survival mode for so long. That is, their main focus is just surviving at the expense of quality Care. When staff would routinely tell me they would be embarrassed to show parents what we do here. You know it's a major problem
