      Pros

      Experience in understanding private industry's idea of what is land management.

      Cons

      Poor upper management who will use any failings on their part as an opportunity to throw subordinates under the bus. Furthermore MNL promotes unsafe working conditions when around pesticides and a conscious effort to avoid federal and state safety regulations whenever its an inconvenience to current projects.

      Get to work out side.

      Cons

      No benefits, no chance of getting promoted or raises. Management constantly lies to cover up mistreatment of employees. They are deceitful and manipulative, and twist any complaint to make it look like you just whining. This job is horrible for you physical health as you are constantly exposed to pesticides and oth harmful chemicals. You do not want to work for this company.

      Pros

      Job duties change daily with all the different types of work MNL preforms. Sites across the state and beyond lets you see places you would never see otherwise.

      Cons

      Bad streaks of weather hurts available hours at times.
