Pros

The managers, supervisors, and normal ticket representatives are extremely nice, professional, dedicated people with a passion for the Orchestra and its product that it delivers. There is plenty of room on the part-time job side to grow into supporting roles, thus increasing your professional experience.

Cons

The pay and hours are not great. Much work can be found on the weekends for the performances at the Box Office, and as a result your social life can get a little askew. There is a high-turnover rate, too, because of the low per-hour pay rate, so consistency of training is sometimes difficult.
