Pros

You get free access to the Fair with your employee badge, and free parking, but I didn't use the provided parking as an overnight worker. They were generous about the number of hours, giving me six hours worth of pay per day that I worked, even though we only worked that long once or twice.

Cons

It's hard work and low pay as an at-will employee, and there's no reason to take this job unless you really like the Fair or you're really desperate.

Cons

*Stressful and repetitive work can be hectic & busy making the work overwhelming *Strenuous work for the body especially on hot &humid days
