Pros

Its a MLB team, so there are perks. Friends and family will enjoy the free games.

Cons

Leadership has gone through a lot of changes and most haven't been good since '23. Still trying to find their direction. Pay is subpar especially for all the work they require you to do. They removed work from home policy as well. Leaders aren't transparent and it feels like they're hiding things.

Amazing Place to work; Lack of Growth

Pros

I truly have felt I have grown so much personally and professionally here - it is fun going into the office each day with the people and energy of coworkers

Cons

The one issue I have encountered here is a lack of room to grow / climb the ladder - since it is such a great spot - folks stay a long time. So if you are looking to move up the chain, you need to look around (unfortunately)!
