CEO of the company Lance, is a crooked business person and only cares about exerting his dominance over his staff. No level of recognition for work completed. Worked for the company for eight months very small team supervisors didn’t know our scheduling or how to train for the position. Then reprimanded for trainings that were never mentioned beforehand. Multiple former employees have stated that he encouraged them to quit as to avoid paying unemployment (since he couldn’t find a fireable offense) then threatens uninformed legal action against employees. Dangerous company. Stay away!
