The vision of the original owners, the training program, the families and children, some of the teachers who have the right heart
Cons
The great divide between management and centers - they assume the worst and treat staff like mis-behaving children rather than professional. Pay is a non-livable rate (often minimum wage) even for this industry. Staff turnover is extremely high, positions are often not filled. Unfortunately, the management is running this family run company into the ground.
