Pros
Really flexible with your work schedule. Good management across the board. If you are willing to work you can make a lot of money while attending school. Adam is also a great person to work for while in school and can introduce you to the right people for after school.
Cons
Normal unavoidable cons of working in the service industry like how late it was open and good/bad sections, but nothing specific to 101/Mint.
