Pros

- Your opinions are valued and actually drive decision-making - Exposure to all areas of the business; you learn fast and grow faster - Professional, friendly, and highly supportive team culture - Clear direction and exciting vision backed by recent capital raising - Leadership is approachable and transparent, with a “no ego” mentality

Cons

- Fast pace and high expectations can be intense and overwhelming at times - Limited processes (common in scaling companies) mean you need to be adaptable - Not ideal for those who prefer structure over initiative - Resource constraints typical of growth-stage startups - Visibility is high—underperformance is quickly noticed and addressed
