Great to work for, opportunity to grow is high with well skilled staff technically, not limited to one commodity but variety of ores within the mining industry at large.

Cons

The challenge is that experience is jumping the boat and leaving the company. It seems like higher degree (masters and above) employees are more appropriated than those with little (technikon) or matric qualification and experience.
