Pros

nothing really, apart from diversity and inclusiveness of the team, but not the boss

Cons

The boss is playing political and favoritism towards several members, very controlling and sales driven regardless whatever your role is.They also teamed up with other leader in other region to be quite toxic towards CSM.

Pros

The people are still mostly great, especially the team I worked with day to day. My team was able to work flexibly and autonomously - not sure if that's the same for all teams though.

Cons

Leadership team is a shambles Communication is terrible and strategy changes regularly As someone in the research and insights team, I found very little emphasis on this side of the business compared to sales, to the extent it was more of a sales business than an insights business. Pay is not great and you have to beg for a raise.
