      Great place for active people with sense of ownership

      Pros

      Great culture and colleagues. People own their work and are aligned on company goals. Approachable management and fairly flat org. structure. Decent technology stack with varying quality depending on team. From ok to great, with few exceptions

      Cons

      Carving a place in fintech market is not trivial. 5 day office policy is not for everyone, but there are exceptions if aligned with team lead.
