      Pros

      Remote work - nice ish office space - fun opportunities for interesting work in the event catering space.

      Cons

      Remote work means you are on always. No time is sacred at all. You will be expected to answer at all times. "Leadership" is a mess or non-existent. Should you need support you're screwed because everyone is stretched so thin and they are still trying to add more work on to people's plates. Incredibly inappropriate comments made by leadership. Mind-blowingly inappropriate.

      - prefer to throw extra food away than let employees take it home - don't tip service employees like other catering companies do
