      Bad culture.

      Pros

      The people you're serving truely appreciate you. The residents and families.

      Cons

      Bad culture with upper management. There is a lot of questionable business practices, and a deep disconnect between the senior management attitude, and the mission of the organization. It's a matter of time before it gets exposed.

      I worked very hard there but the program was horribly mismanaged and I was very dissatisfied with my treatment.

      Pros

      To gain experience in human services and then find a job somewhere else. Management do not care about the employees.

      Cons

      Low pay, poor management. The program is so shabby they have great difficulty hiring people. Day Habilitation is primarily staffed by temps.

      Job was great supervisors awful

      Pros

      The actual job was amazing, i loved working with the individuals. The CEO was also awesome and so was HR.

      Cons

      My direct 3 supervisors relentlessly discriminated me because i had a disability. I was forced to quit because it not only deteriorated my mental health but also my physical health.
