      Pros

      The staff and owners are truly wonderful people to work for. They are genuinely concerned about the well-being of the employees.

      Cons

      The hourly wages that Minuteman Group are not competitive to what other agencies in the same profession pay. There is a lot of turnover as a result of non-competitive hourly pay.

Our turnover rate is actually quite low and most of our employees stay with us for several years and many several decades but we are always striving to be better and better and appreciate your comments.
