      Great Clients, Bureaucratic Systems

      Pros

      Secondary package is good, plenty of freedom to pick up projects and currently still less by its founders, who are in it for their love of tech. The client portfolio is great, market leaders and top-of-class opportunities.

      Cons

      Managed as an old-fashioned consultancy with the corresponding hassles in billability and focus on busy people not done product. Projects are still waterfall despite some​ effort to be Agile. Micro-management still very much alive.

      A 'two-sided story'

      Pros

      A lot of freedom to pretty much choose your own working hours, location and clients.

      Cons

      More people are asked to work on client locations. This makes most of our offices pretty boring at times. And sometimes makes me wonder what the benefit of working for Mirabeau actually is. Talented people are leaving the company for competitive companies or as a freelancer.

      Too many smart managers

      People who talk well, sell well or chit chat well good technical and design teams good team events (ski, ...)

      Cons

      Lack of project strategy for certain teams (a lot of talking but nothing concrete) Overhyped design atmosphere Management who makes you want to jump out of the window; To be specific, long and nonsensical meetings, empty conversations, chaos, forgetfullnes, appearing and disappearing deadlines, projects that go in smoke after they're done, self-centeredness and a feeling that employees' careers don't matter Redundant and deep hierarchy, dysfunctional lower managers Nightmare time management system and a toxic culture around it One of the lowest salary ranges in holland, considering the scale of company
