This is the most toxic, micromanaging work environment I have ever experienced. The principals treat you with distrust by default, like you are a criminal just waiting for the opportunity to betray them. They have a massive turnover problem because they treat their employees so poorly. I quit for the sake of my mental health.

I don’t even know where to start with this. You would have thought it would be the very place you could see yourself working for at least 5 years and grow. The turnaround is so damn quick, it flashes! This place should be flagged for how they treat their employees! They lure you with great pay and the principals will continue to breathe down your neck and micro-manage every word you say, write, or do, your EVERY movement! The female principal, she’s something else! She continuously creates steps after steps after steps just to find ONE SINGLE document (she could have just saved a copy and insert the path to one document so she knows where to find it) but, you will find this document saved in every single folder in the drive, in every single shortcut on the desktop, on every single binder ever made, on every single drawer there’s instructions on how to find THAT ONE DOCUMENT! She does not only do this to some of these said documents, she does this FOR EVERY SINGLE document, every single file, every single website, every single drive. She will continue to create steps to a point where your workday was based on following the steps alone, and at the end of the day, mistakes were created even more because you’ve wasted 2-3 hours on these steps! At one point we received a spam mail and she saw it, you know the ones that we always get and junk it right after? Well, she went berserk and thought the Russians was taking over our emails, computer hard drives, etc., she literally had us stop working until she had it figured out with IT, she’ll spend hours with IT to try and resolve a spam mail! It’s nice to have someone whose very diligent and detailed oriented, but, her? She’s coming from year 200BC, she was from the ice age, they both are actually. And, because this is a vocational rehabilitation firm, they like to obsess over “observing” your work! One SMALL MISTAKE, you could be fired! Ready for another one? They rate you based on your work performance (okay, great!) but, when they do, they’ll rate you as if it’s a slap to the face, and an insult to your knowledge and experience! They’ll tell you that you don’t have much experience on this task but yet, you’re THE VERY PERSON TO TRAIN THEM (especially the female principal) on the VERY task that they rated you with a zero on! Here’s another kicker, they go on vacations for LONG periods of time, sometimes for months! And when they do, they will close the office down and call it “administrative day off” or some s=!+ WITHOUT PAY! And, it’s completely legal to do! The principals HAS NO REGARD for their employees, AT ALL! I once observed the amount of cases coming in (we have about 3 consultants) and he would take ALL THESE SAID CASES then he picks and chooses on who he decides to give the case to rather than being equal! And when you schedule a case with another consultant, he would loose his $=!+ and berate you on how bad of a job you’re doing! The amount of work that comes in this office is fast-paced and sometimes, there are so many that it is impossible to complete in one day! Instead of having a meeting and talk about how to handle each task through prioritization, he will just tell you that he will have someone come help and THAT help is coming from the female principal! NOW, YOU ARE NEVER GOING TO EVER COMPLETE THE TASK AT ALL! They LITERALLY have NO REGARD for their employees! They are extremely greedy, and only think of THEMSELVES AT ALL TIMES! They expect you to learn some difficult and heavy workload within 2-weeks and if you don’t? You’re just not smart enough for them! You’re just trash after that! You’re DEFINITELY set to FAIL here! It would be ideal if these reviews are sent to their clients so that their clients know who they’re working with. Yes! the male principal is EXTREMELY SMART! But, he has a heart of stone! As for the female principal? She’s NOT AS SMART as she thinks she is. In fact, it’s the complete OPPOSITE of that! Someone REALLY needs to report this company, I mean, if I could? I DEFINITELY would! DO NOT EVER, EVER, EVER apply here or accept a position here! They’ve hired SIX different office staff members within a year! SIX! They will insult you subliminally and talk about how bad of a job you did! It’s NOT worth the stress and the depression to work here! You WILL have depression after the first couple weeks of employment!
