      I have been working at Mirror Review full-time for more than a 2 year There are no pros. Everything is fake.

      Cons

      The company is totally fake here. They will ruin your career. Bad working environment The false promise of increment No direction towards growth professionally Biased towards gender No good pay No career opportunities Work/ Life is imbalanced Management is pathetic

      Apart from buttery words from HR & Editor Archana , not a single pros to share.

      Cons

      Employees here are treated like labours, you would be monitored via CCTV camera and would be held responsible. The atmosphere is negative You would be given 90's system to work on. The management is clueless and has no knowledge. You are not even provided tea/coffee. Saturday working No PF and Insurance for employees. Leave never gets approved.

      Good culture, healthy atmosphere, supportive management team. I have been working here from last 2 year and still enjoying while working here.

      You will never try to leave this office.
