      Toxic Work Place Culture - Bullying & Harassment

      Pros

      Most of the fellow FM's are the best team to work with, their clients are very supportive and great to build relationships with.

      Cons

      Toxic Culture with Management encouraging and supporting Work Place Bullying & Harassment, no support from HR. They have lost 9 Good FM's in last 2 1/2 years under one Senior FM due to his Dictatorship style of management, no personality, doesn't know how to lead a team. It's his way or the Highway. 2 Faced Portfolio managers that don't support staff and lead a culture of Bullying the smaller people.

      Pros

      The new premises and work space is excellent. The company has a good brand and solid reputation for its products and services. Flexible work arrangements are great.

      Cons

      No career path. Toxic culture in many departments and business units. Too many concurrent projects means people are overwhelmed.

      Pros

      Mirvac has many benefits that go beyond the usual salary stuff. Good policies, gender equal pay, nice head office

      Cons

      A lot of it is a lie. They hired temporary female representation in their ELT to achieve points toward WGEA. The management structure is rife with bullies, and complaints of this are pushed to the side. There is a lot of behind the scenes deception in order to achieve the awards and accolades they promote externally.
