Pros

Company does great work. Team would be great without COO micro managing demanding that you work 24 hrs a berating you in front of the team because you didn’t respond to her text on a Saturday. She once made a sr manager who was on vacation cry...on speakerphone....in a management meeting. RUN!

Cons

COO is toxic and still remains in place after several complaints. Positive reviews are phony. The team is too terrified of retaliation to be honest. The COO has to go! Misonix does great work which is overshadowed by this toxic culture.

Pros

The people who work in the office, Engineering, Purchasing, Stock Room, Production, are really good people who get treated like the dirt on the shoe of the COO. Some of the sales people are really great, positive attitudes, and the few who succeed do really, really well. Most find it to be a good place to learn sales and then go somewhere else to actually succeed and make money.

Cons

Honestly, the most toxic environment I have ever been a part of. They manipulate people with false promises of promotions, flexibility, bonuses, increases and demand insane extra hours but treat people terribly. Some of the sales people, the few who are actually able to succeed, may actually mean their glowing review - but there are a handful out a huge number of people who work for this company. The turnover is crazy and people are constantly trying to file complaints to escalate up to the CEO but nothing is ever changed and usually those people wind up having to quit due to retaliation and bad treatment for trying to stand up for themselves. It is a shame because the Company has a great slogan Better Matters, it just doesn't matter for the highest officers of the Company which makes it pretty useless for the rest of the organization.

Pros

Great products that help patients heal.

Cons

Company will seek to destroy your reputation if you decide to leave, hold you down with unlawful non-compete agreements, all after reducing your compensation without warning.
