      Incredibly supportive team and management from day one. HR is attentive and genuinely invested in employee success. Seeing so many women in leadership is empowering and refreshing. The company provides real training and all the tools you need to hit the ground running. A welcoming culture that sets you up to thrive.

      Still a growing company, so processes are sometimes being built in real time — but that also means room to contribute and shape things.

      - Amazing work culture! Very warm and friendly team. Work-life-balance is really a big deal

      Cons

      since most of us are fully remote, we tend to feel disconnected with each other but I guess that is the reality of this set-up. No biggie! HR is working hard to make everyone feel engaged tho
