First off, they dont have a real HR team, so don’t let that one review fool you. Second, they pay and treat their employees terribly, we were doing work that wouldnt exist if they had only streamlined their operational processes, and they just aren’t open to that sort of feedback and are so stuck in their ways. They don’t have a strong opportunity to grow and that’s purely because no one that works there has the mindset of “we can be better”. No personal career growth opportunities.

The owners are unwilling to pay their employees fairly. They expect you to know everything and work tirelessly, yet treat you poorly once they believe you’re no longer of use to the company.
