Pros
Some of the staff were a joy to work with. Three administration did an exit interview.
Cons
A lot of favoritism based on ethnicity. One senior staff member was constantly bullying new team members and the supervisors did nothing about it. They only new member that didn't get bullied was a male so it may have been better related . Left after a year. If6 was the best decision I made.
